Writing
I write business books and articles about social media. Most of my assignments are for publishers and magazines, but I also write complex pieces including speeches in the private sector from time-to-time.
Speaking
Since 2006, I have delivered more than 100 keynote talks in nine countries. Many of these have been at publicly promoted venues. Others have been to private organizations trying to understand the challenges and opportunities of social media.
Workshops
I conduct workshops for companies on the strategy of social media and the challenges of incorporating it into operations and culture.
Adviser/Mentor
I advise companies and designated employees on issues, frustrations and the promise of social media on an ongoing retainer basis. This includes both large and small companies, in a diversity of business sectors.
