Jeremiah has a favorable review of Ustream's redesign. He should know. He and Scoble put Chris Yeh's new company on the map at the recent Web 2.0. conference. Personally, I think Ustream is one of the most promising of the current litter of newborn Silicon valley pets.
First, Chris has a track record of successful startups, but second Ustream seems to be among the best known live online video systems. The promise of what can be done with live video worldwide is more than a little significant.
