I was smart enough to sniff out the TechCrunch April Fool's prank, but then Pat Phelan duped me into believing that Jajah had purchased Vonage. This is what comes from trusting a friend who lives proximate to the Blarney Stone and by not paying closer attention to the International Time Zone. It was March 31 in California when I read Pat's post. It was April Fool's Day in Ireland where he wrote it.
I trusted the guy and he has betrayed me. I just can't wait to see what Strumpette does with this one.
Me? I think a national day of blog levity is most certainly in order right now.
BTW: watch out for David Parmet and Josh Hyatt. They always pull something on this Fool's Day. Takes one to know one, I always say. [BTW, there is a prank somewhere in this post. But the trick is to find it.]
