The Global Neighborhoods process is going to go a bit slower than I would like until I select an agent and a new publisher. Until then, I need to consult for food and mortgage money.
I am going to focus on one issue at a time. Right now the topic is social media in education. I was blown away by what I saw in little Scotland during my visit there in October and I am circling back to interview several more people there. These will be posted over the next several weeks.
But what is happening elsewhere in the world. I am looking for examples of social media being used in secondary and college education. I'm looking for evidence that some educators are starting to use social media in a way that improves the classroom experience, and the expands the perspectives on children using social media in education.
