I spent a few wonderful hours over at Riya where the energy is as good as I've seen it. Everyone is focused on launching into beta in February. The company is like a boat, moving away from distractions that were left on the dock and are now setting a course for new destinations.
Tara and I spent some time together with her showing me things to come. I don't think I fully grasped how adept she is at Geekdom. We were on Technorati for a second and before my eyes focused fully on the page, she pointed out a couple of things I had never noticed there.
But the big hot was she showed me the new User Interface which is all nifty with Ajax technology and incredibly improved from what you folks out there have seen so far. The surprise is that Tara, a marketing-blogging-personal networking superstar has designed the new UI. She has done a Hell of a job and I can't wait for the world to see it.
