Recruiting.com has awarded my friend Gautum Ghosh an iPod for his India-based recruiting blog. It's sort of a convoluted tale, but the fact is that Gautum writes a consistently interesting blog on a subject tha does not generally interest me, because I am unlikely to ever want a job in Bangalore.
