Interviewing Hugh MacLeod was among my favorite experiences in writing Naked Conversations. We, of course, wrote about Hugh's Lame Awards. This week's Beyond Lame Award is so offensive, that it should have been called the "Below Lame Award."
It seems Tom Coates, who is always a good read, posted a very personal recounting of his 30-year estrangement from his father. He got lot's of comments. Among the most sympathetic was one from somebody who did not exist and was using the gimmick to direct market in the ugliest way.
