Jarvis Collaborating with Dell on Book "Beyond Dell Hell."

The Dell Computer sin, suffer and repent story is among my favorites.  i told it twice this week during media interviews.  It really began with Jeff Jarvis blogging that he was in Dell Hell. Then Dell started a blog and got shouted at, then it got a clue, and now, Dell Corporate Communications executive Richard Binhammer tells me, they will shortly be announcing that Jarvis will write a guest chapter in a new book from Dell called, "Beyond Dell hell.

I'll circle back to this.  Right now I want to be one of the first to tell you this.
