Zuckerberg announces Fund for Facebook developers

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is being interviewed  by Michael Arrington at TC40.  He just announced a $10 million grant fund for Facebook third party developers.  The money comes from Facebook's investors who will take no equity in these "grants" of $25 K to $250,000 K.  The investors only want a chance to get in on the subsequent rounds if there is to be one.
