Sony's clever defamation of its own brand and its marketing firm of choice needs to be on the list.

Sony definitely gets my vote too, as I ranted and raved at length, here.

Tied for first place would probably have to be the Edel*Mart fiasco. That was a moment of sheer bloggy schadenfreude for many of us, and a salutary lesson that even the smartest agencies can, sometimes, screw the pooch with really quite remarkable vigour.
