I Just Love PajamaMarket

When Robert and I wrote Naked Conversations, a key argument was that nearly all businesses, of all sizes, in nearly all places would find advantages in blogging. One of the places we felt the most passion was in the small business category.

Both of us have considerable small business experience an we understood both the power of word of mouth for them as well as the financial restrictions that have prevented small enterprise from attaining global  reach.

That is why I just love PajamaMarket, a blog that presents one small business blog a day. The site is showing the depth, the breath, and the success little, independent entrepreneurs and merchants are having with blogs to increase their place in local communities or to market globally through the internet.

My only wish is that PajamaMarket would put up an About Page.  I would like to know who "Frisco 3" is, where he or she lives and why she or he has elected to do this blog. I'd also like to say "thank you" for a job well done.

this seems to be run by a Brian Brown. Seems to be AZ FWIW !!

Pete,

How did you figure that out?

Shel, maybe I'm missing something, but didn't you post Brian's name already?

I agree, it's a great little blog. Way to go Brian!

Hi Shel. Ask and ye shall receive. The 'about' page is up including a link to an interview with me that Typepad posted only a couple of days ago.

For the record, I'm a Green Mountain Boy (Vermonter).

Brian,

Actually I found it last night. Welcome to the spotlight Brian. I'm a Bay Stater myself--but Burlington is so far up there, you're almost a Canadian.
