Deb Schultz Wants Companies to Respect Her

Deb Schultz, former marketing director at Six Apart and now consulting on her own has an articulate piece about what she wants as a customer and it's what Rodney Dangerfield never got:

"...the companies that "win" with me, win because they RESPECT me and I can tell that they respect me in lots of little and big ways  - service, pricing, product design.  They don't take me for granted..."

Deb's right this is what the social media and the new Web 2.0 stuff is supposed to be all about, and frequently is.
