Acknowledgements--Any Omissions?

So far, we have had two suggested additions--Halley Suitt who played a key role in Tom Peters writing our very brief forward, and David Parmet who helped us reconstruct the incredible story of English Cut.

We will be turning the acknowledgments over to the publisher tomorrow.  Are there any other people we omitted.  Please let me know.  It is fine to self-nominate yourself.

Shel, I suggested myself via trackback a few days ago, but the trackback hasn't shown up at your acknowledgements post. I hereby re-suggest myself. Andrew

Andrew,
I never saw the trackback one you mentioned, but you absolutely belong on the list AND I am very sorry for our oversight. You have been great.

No problem, Shel. I enjoyed being part of the conversation.

I nominate myself. I commented on several chapters and I'm quoted in Chapter 4.

Hi Shel,

I commented a couple of times... about your proposed titles and I don't remember what else. Hope you'll include me.
