She cares...

Great books, great blogging, great businesses really come down to:

1) Are you an authority on what you're trying to sell me? (Authority translates a whole lot of things, including whether your work is respected, etc).
2) Are you passionate about what you're trying to do for me?

It comes down to two words in this blog post: "she cares."

See, TDavid pointed out what a business wasn't doing well. And the business responded.

This is how business has changed. Blog or die. That's the new rule.
